What types of events do you support?

While the Poets live & breathe live music in Northeast Ohio, we are broadly experienced in & ready to serve filming productions, theater productions, corporate events, private parties, galas, community fundraisers, street markets, fairs, national festivals & conferences of all genres... just about anything in the events world!

Do you only work with large-scale events, or do you also support smaller gatherings?

We cater to both large and small events, tailoring our staffing solutions to each client’s unique needs.

Do you provide training for your staff?

Yes! In addition to our annual organization-wide training session, we have developed numerous curricula for year-round training seminars, as well as one-off skills workshops, mentoring, and constant on-site training for our staff. Our staff have access to robust training manuals and standardized policies & procedures for all roles & contracted locations.

Can I book last-minute staff?

While we recommend booking in advance, we do our best to accommodate last-minute staffing needs according to our team’s availability. Any request made with at least seventy-two hours notice is guaranteed coverage; requests made with less than seventy-two hours notice may be subject to administrative fees.

What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on labor roles, number of contracted staff, travel distance, event length, event service add-ons (e.g. logistics, marketing), and the length of a contract. Email theparty@piercedpoets.com or click “Partner With Us” at the top right for a free quote.

“The Party” refers to the culture and movement that Pierced Poets’ Productions is cultivating. It is the collective voice of the Pierced Poets, focusing on artistic expression and community building through unique events of our own.
