  • Most of our venue staffing options are available to one-off and traveling events of all kinds. While concerts & shows are our bread & butter, there is not a genre of event we have yet to experience (..though we are eager to see you create a new one!).

    Our event staff are best mobilized for guest-services forward details, e.g. ticket-taking, greeting, ushering, table bussing, general utilities work, non-technical setup & teardown. These staff may be less physically imposing, but are nonetheless still trained in deescalation and can cover low-traffic areas with ease.

  • Our premiums team is best equipped for designing and/or tending to the needs of VIP guests and private rooms. These staff represent our warmest, most discrete & professional premier event staff.

  • Already have an established team? Fold them into our community of Poets and never worry about scheduling, payroll, and insurance infrastructure again. Our team will take the time to learn from & with yours, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals to ensure you don’t waste anymore time dealing with the revolving door crisis.

These staff excel at general overwatch, queue maintenance & optimization, ID review, and holding credential checkpoints. All levels of security staff are expected to maintain absolute cleanliness in their zone of deployment, blend into the background of any event, and assist with any urgent operational needs. Absolute discretion and unwavering attention are standard.
